Graduates of the Auxiliary's two major courses, "Boating Skills and Seamanship" or Sailing and Seamanship" are always invited to apply for membership. This applies also to graduates of the United States Power Squadron's public boating course.

If you are a teacher, or are interested in teaching, instructors are always needed. In becoming an Auxiliary Instructor, you will receive specialized training from highly qualified Auxiliary personnel. You will learn teaching skills and ways to utilize your experience in boating or sailing to teach others the techniques of safe boating.
